What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, and Einstein Bros. Bagels
• schedule and manage supervisors, leads, and hourly associates
• manage ordering, receiving, inventory, and product availability
• review sales, labor, and operational performance
• train and develop associates
• maintain brand, food safety, sanitation, and service standards
• complete audits
• obtain required brand training and certifications
• partner with the General Manager and university leadership.
