The Home Services Specialist, Garage Door Technical Training role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH. Compensation is $100,000–$140,000 per year, plus a commission package. HELP provides HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services to families across the Cincinnati region; this role supports its garage door department. The specialist establishes quality standards, develops technician training and operating procedures, and supports safe, consistent field work. The role also performs garage door service, repair, installation, and customer sales as needed, while coaching technicians and partnering with the Home Services Manager.

What you'll do

• Perform residential garage door inspections, repairs, maintenance, replacements, installations, opener service, spring and cable work, safety checks, and troubleshooting. Evaluate customer needs, explain options, prepare estimates, and recommend products or upgrades. Conduct ride-alongs, jobsite observations, and completed-work inspections
• coach technicians. Develop and deliver technician training and materials. Create and improve department procedures. Coordinate with dispatch, management, warehouse, and office staff.
