Senior Instructional Systems Designer

What you'll do

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, facilitators and functional owners to design and develop lesson plans, learning objectives, course materials and assessments
• create and update materials using ADDIE and other learning-development models
• design synchronous and asynchronous instruction across classroom, distance-learning and computer-based formats
• lead and coordinate instructional design projects and timelines
• ensure materials meet COE accreditation standards
• and produce course design documents, instructor and student guides, syllabi, practical exercises and assessments.

Why this role

Requires 5+ years of DoD, military or federal training and education experience and an undergraduate degree or higher in education or learning meeting OPM standards for the 1750 series. Ten or more years of relevant experience and specified regional, technical and security experience are preferred.
