• resolve inquiries or arrange escalation and handoffs
• schedule service appointments, maintenance visits, inspections, estimates, and installation consultations
• gather information for technician routing and dispatch
• capture leads and follow up with customers
• document interactions and scheduling accurately
• and coordinate with dispatch, branch operations, field teams, and leadership.
