The Clinical Assistant / Staffing Coordinator role is onsite in Hopkins, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $24–$26 per hour. The role supports the Director of Nursing and clinical team at The Glenn Hopkins, helping coordinate resident care and staffing. The position helps maintain appropriate staffing coverage, accurate service schedules, and consistent resident care. It combines schedule coordination and clinical office support with communication among residents, families, staff, and collaborating teams.

What you'll do

• Coordinate clinical staff schedules, open shifts, call-offs, time-off requests, and coverage
• identify staffing gaps and communicate changes
• maintain schedules and records
• verify resident service schedules under RN/DON supervision
• maintain service agreements, charts, progress notes, and clinical documentation
• coordinate with Rehab
• monitor requested resident vital measurements
• report changes in resident health and concerns
• make daily rounds
• coach Resident Assistants on care procedures and engagement
• support emergency procedures and regulatory compliance.
