What you'll do

• Provide input on budgets and summary reports
• handle personnel matters with Health Center Administration
• interview and select dental staff with the Dental Director
• orient and train staff
• supervise and evaluate personnel
• oversee dental quality assurance
• provide direct dental care
• conduct examinations and determine treatment plans
• provide general dental services
• refer patients as needed
• coordinate Contract Health referrals for eligible patients
• follow Privacy Act guidelines.
