Career Services Coach

What you'll do

• Provide career development and employability coaching
• conduct classroom presentations, workshops, mock interviews, and one-on-one sessions
• provide resume assistance and job-search guidance
• contact unplaced graduates weekly
• collect employment qualifications and criteria
• share job leads and application assistance
• conduct community and employer outreach
• document student, graduate, and employer communications in CampusVue
• maintain records and support compliance and employment verification.

Why this role

Requires an associate’s degree in a related field or comparable related work experience, one year of work experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, counseling, or business, and experience developing community connections. Bachelor’s degree and career placement or employability training experience are preferred.
