What you'll do

• Assist with painting, plumbing repairs, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance
• perform maintenance and preventive repairs on building systems and equipment
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as refrigerators, ice machines, and laundry equipment
• help maintain clean and safe grounds and public areas
• respond courteously to guest maintenance requests
• maintain supplies and equipment inventory
• follow tool and equipment safety and security guidelines.
