What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashier’s checks
• respond to member questions and resolve issues
• gather wire transfer information
• issue debit and credit cards and troubleshoot card or digital banking concerns
• balance cash drawer and verify checks
• support TCR, coin machine, and vault functions
• provide financial guidance and educate members on self-service tools
• complete required reports and compliance training
• maintain branch logs and assist with audits.
