• Generate vendor purchase orders from client orders and ensure they include required details
• track inbound shipments and coordinate with project teams on delays
• generate warehouse picking tickets and outbound logistics tickets
• conduct order quality checks
• prioritize and manage multiple orders
• troubleshoot issues and respond to client inquiries
• monitor vendor pricing and seek favorable purchasing terms.
