What you'll do

• Provide service to existing State Farm customers
• process policy changes and service requests
• assist with auto, home, renters, condo, rental dwelling, umbrella, life, and related policies
• handle vehicle and driver changes, billing questions, cancellations, reinstatements, underwriting requests, and documentation
• coordinate with underwriting, billing, claims, and other departments
• explain coverage, premiums, discounts, eligibility, and policy changes
• document accurately and follow up
• identify coverage concerns requiring review.
