What you'll do

• Manage tenant improvement projects from contract execution through invoicing and closeout
• maintain schedules and budgets
• oversee cost control, billings, collections, and status reporting
• coordinate owners, design professionals, trade partners, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
• review construction documents
• process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• coordinate permits and inspections
• address project risks
• mentor project engineers and team members.
