The Personal Lines Insurance Producer role is remote throughout the United States, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Compensation is a $55,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and renewal compensation. Allegiance Insurance Services is expanding its Personal Lines business. The producer sells home, auto, and umbrella property and casualty insurance, converts company-provided leads, and develops referral relationships. The role builds and manages a profitable book of business while supporting new sales and recurring renewal revenue.

What you'll do

• Sell home, auto, and umbrella property and casualty insurance across multiple carriers
• work company-provided leads to identify and close new business
• build referral relationships with mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate professionals, and other partners
• develop and manage a profitable Personal Lines book
• grow new and renewal revenue
• use multi-carrier rating and quoting platforms
• maintain client and prospect information in CRM/AMS systems
• provide consultative customer guidance.
