What you'll do

• Provide courteous service to guests and staff
• respond to guest concerns and direct them to a manager
• enforce facility policies
• provide directions
• set up and take down event equipment
• monitor play and spectator areas
• report issues
• notify appropriate personnel about incidents
• complete paperwork
• assist with maintenance, custodial, parking, scoreboard, microphone, music, and ticket operations
• assist other departments as needed.
