The Site Controller — Manufacturing role is onsite in Clyde, OH. Compensation is $150,000–$175,000 per year. The position serves as a financial partner to divisional and plant leadership in a manufacturing and distribution business.

What you'll do

• Advise the Division President and plant/operations leadership on financial performance, customer profitability, margins, costs, and results.
• Lead financial close, reporting, KPI and P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial planning.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, scrap, work in process, overhead allocation, intercompany transactions, internal controls, and external audit support.
• Support cost-improvement initiatives, capital expenditure planning, ROI analysis, and project accounting.

Why this role
