Commercial Collections Specialist

What you'll do

• Collect assigned accounts in a goal-oriented environment
• contact customers about upcoming invoices, expected payment dates, and overdue balances
• follow up on inquiries, short payments, and account reconciliation
• verify invoice documentation
• coordinate with regional personnel and other departments
• perform routine clerical functions.
