What you'll do

• Manage lease renewals and begin outreach 90 days before lease end
• contact residents by phone, text, and email
• send and follow up on renewal agreements
• identify reasons residents may leave and coordinate possible fixes
• promote and track ancillary rentals and services
• manage clubhouse and conference room bookings, payments, and agreements
• maintain resident records in AppFolio and report weekly results.
