The coordinator supports recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, development, and HR operations. By coordinating new-hire readiness, maintaining records, and assisting with workforce initiatives and compliance, the role helps align employee experience and development with organizational needs.

What you'll do

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce development
  • schedule final-round interviews and coordinate offer logistics
  • coordinate onboarding objectives and new-hire readiness, including access, equipment, communications, and first-week schedules
  • conduct new-hire check-ins
  • assist with engagement surveys, recognition, exit interviews, and offboarding
  • support training, mentorship, and leadership development
  • prepare workforce and compliance reports
  • support I-9 verification, background checks, audits, and EEO reporting
  • maintain personnel files and HRIS records.
