The Tow Truck Driver role is onsite in Rockville, MD. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour. Roda seeks a driver to transport client and company vehicles using a flatbed tow truck while providing a respectful, client-focused experience. The driver safely loads, secures, transports, and unloads vehicles for local pickups, deliveries, roadside support, and shop transfers. The role also includes vehicle and equipment inspections, accurate trip records, and professional communication with clients, dispatch, technicians, and shop leadership.

What you'll do

• Operate a flatbed tow truck safely
• load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles
• complete local pickups, deliveries, roadside support, and shop-to-shop transfers
• perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns
• protect vehicles from damage and follow traffic, towing, and safety regulations
• communicate with clients, dispatch, technicians, and shop leadership
• maintain trip, mileage, inspection, and vehicle condition records
• keep the truck clean and ready for operation.
