What you'll do
- Manage nursing staff, schedules, assignments, performance reviews, and policy enforcement
- coordinate care planning with administration, medical and nursing staff, therapy, and other departments
- develop and maintain care standards
- conduct rounds to review resident conditions and staff work
- give and receive nursing reports
- maintain clean and sanitary work areas
- support quality committee action plans
- complete medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting
- interpret restorative care policies
- provide direct nursing care as needed
- document restorative care and required data
- and complete admission, transfer, and discharge forms.

Why this role
Requires current CPR certification, a nursing degree or diploma, and a current state RN license. Supervisory experience, long-term care, and MDS experience are preferred; occasional overnight travel may be required.
