Regional Property Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple multifamily communities
• collaborate with on-site teams to improve performance and resident satisfaction
• inspect properties and manage maintenance, capital projects, and asset performance
• review financial reports and identify efficiency opportunities
• lead leasing and marketing initiatives
• train and mentor property managers and teams
• schedule vendors
• oversee move-out inspections, renovations, and move-ins
• recommend operational improvements and promote accountability.
