What you'll do

• Assist with customer consultations and questions
• educate customers about products and their effects
• use selling and cross-selling techniques
• verify customer identification and order accuracy
• label and package orders
• handle cash and investigate discrepancies
• troubleshoot point-of-sale issues
• maintain records and inventory
• organize products and displays
• support store security and cleanliness
• onboard and train Wellness Advisors
• escalate employee-relations issues
• and complete opening, closing, and shift-checklist tasks.
