The Punch/Make Ready Technician role is onsite in Hammond, IN. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform minor and routine maintenance repairs
• prepare vacant units for occupancy, including general cleaning
• paint interiors
• organize the maintenance shop
• maintain accurate repair and punch records
• maintain grounds
• assist with snow removal as necessary. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three to five years of relevant experience, driver’s license and valid car insurance, and reliable transportation. Skills include painting, drywall, luxury vinyl tile, cabinets, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, organization, and time management.
