What you'll do

• Provide customer service and explain benefits and plan options in person, by email, and by phone
• educate members, families, providers, and caregivers
• clarify and resolve member issues and escalate when needed
• respond to inquiries about benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims
• coordinate issue resolution with providers and other departments
• participate in member calling projects
• document interactions in applicable systems
• follow company procedures, regulatory requirements, and HIPAA
• collaborate with other departments.
