What you'll do

• Implement semiconductor equipment process recipes and parameters to customer specifications
• provide process support to selected key and strategic customers
• coordinate customer sample evaluations at customer sites or application labs
• define and document process performance specifications by evaluating customer methods, facilities, materials, patterns, measurement equipment, and procedures
• support sales with demonstrations and technical information
• assist with equipment installation, system checks, and commissioning when necessary
• communicate with customers to analyze after-sales needs and requirements.
