Senior Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle reconstruction, design integration, scheduling, tracking, and trade coordination
• control budgets, forecast costs to complete, and handle change orders
• coordinate teams, subcontractors, and carrier partners
• communicate project status to customers
• create work orders
• schedule vendors and subcontractors
• manage onsite trade work
• order materials
• review estimates and align budgets
• provide weekly project updates
• monitor job sites for safety, quality, and training opportunities.
