What you'll do

• Manage legal and compliance matter intake, files, trackers, and deadlines
• maintain corporate governance and entity records
• prepare and organize legal documents and contracts
• administer commercial contracts and repositories
• support ethics hotline intake and investigations
• coordinate employment matters, litigation, claims, subpoenas, audits, and regulatory inquiries
• conduct legal and factual research
• maintain compliance records and approved HubEngage communications
• coordinate external counsel.
