What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and walking
• administer medications as directed and document services

• prepare and serve meals according to dietary guidelines and preferences
• observe and report changes in health, behavior, or safety
• follow care plans
• and accompany residents to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
