The Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite in Cassville, NJ, providing in-home services to clients within approximately 30 miles of the employee’s home. Compensation is $23–$40 per hour. This part-time role supports children with autism through Children’s Specialized ABA, part of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence. The technician delivers individualized applied behavior analysis therapy to build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Working with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and care team, the role tracks progress, communicates with families, and supports personalized care.

What you'll do

• Deliver individualized therapy in home or clinic settings
• implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• use electronic tools for preference assessments and data tracking
• participate in clinical meetings and supervision
• maintain program books and teaching materials
• communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• provide basic care such as toileting and eating as needed.
