Staff Product Engineer, NAND Flash

What you'll do

• Develop 3D and BiCS Flash memory technology
• bring NAND products into production at OEM quality levels
• define Client and Enterprise NAND test flows and screens
• support products transitioning to high-volume production
• perform failure analysis, including eFA
• identify yield-loss root causes and improve test flows
• collaborate with design, process, device, test, reliability, and system teams on product quality, reliability, yield, and cost.
