What you'll do

• Build customer relationships
• review, validate, and process check-cashing, money-transfer, and payment transactions
• offer personalized financial services
• enter and maintain customer information in a POS system
• complete inbound and outbound call campaigns
• assist with account management and collections, payments, and appointments
• maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• follow security, opening, and closing procedures, including vault and cash-drawer management
• comply with company policies and applicable laws
• participate in ongoing training.
