Job overview

The Project Manager position is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Stellar Energy’s delivery of turnkey cooling infrastructure for data center and industrial customers; travel may include local trips and, for some projects, out-of-state, out-of-country, and overnight travel up to 20%. The project manager oversees small to medium complex projects from inception through closeout, coordinating internal teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and technicians. The role manages scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, fabrication and installation issues, and customer communications to support timely project execution.

What you'll do

• Manage overall project execution and oversight
• coordinate project and engineering kickoffs
• review contracts, scopes, specifications, and client documents
• develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, and cash-flow and labor-hour tracking
• coordinate internal resources, clients, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and technicians
• direct fabrication, installation, startup, and in-progress inspections
• prepare reports and client deliverables
• manage change orders, project closeout, warranty requests, and corrective action plans
• participate in NPI gate reviews and prepare for audits.
