Life Enrichment Coordinator

The Life Enrichment Coordinator role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC, paying $12–$20 per hour. The coordinator designs and delivers person-centered activities that encourage engagement, cognitive stimulation, purpose, and community connection. The role works with residents, families, volunteers, community partners, and care teams to make programs inclusive and responsive to residents’ interests and abilities.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute activities, events, and outings
• develop monthly calendars
• build relationships with residents and encourage participation
• design and adapt memory-care activities for residents with dementia
• recruit, train, and manage volunteers
• coordinate community partnerships and special events
• maintain participation records and program evaluations
• follow activity-program regulations and company policies
• collaborate with care, dining, and leadership teams and participate in care plan meetings.
