What you'll do

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• prepare tender packages with pricing, scope clarifications, technical documentation, and value-engineering alternatives
• assess risks and constructability
• coordinate estimates with engineering, sourcing, vendors, and operations
• support sales strategies and customer presentations
• contribute to project reviews, forecasting, bid strategy, and sales-to-operations transition
• monitor market trends and improve estimating practices.
