IT Support Specialist — Mac and Microsoft 365

The IT Support Specialist works onsite in Huntington Beach, CA, five days per week, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Pay is $6,000 per month. The role is part of SBT Global’s IT Support / End-User Services department. The specialist supports corporate Mac devices and Microsoft 365 users, helping maintain device performance, security, and a reliable end-user experience. The role handles deployment, troubleshooting, account administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, asset tracking, and collaboration with the broader IT team.

What you'll do

• Provide tier 1 macOS support
• configure, deploy, and maintain MacBooks using MDM tools
• support Microsoft 365 applications
• manage user accounts and licenses in Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• provision and deprovision employee hardware and software
• document processes
• maintain asset inventory and policy compliance
• collaborate on end-user computing projects.
