What you'll do

• Plan daily operations and distribute assignments
• oversee building projects and special assignments
• account for and secure equipment
• implement 5S practices
• train and coach employees
• conduct pre-shift meetings and area inspections
• ensure cleaning and safety standards
• submit and monitor maintenance work orders
• manage employee schedules
• supervise housekeeping teams
• monitor productivity
• provide relief coverage and assist with meeting-room setups as required.
