The Nurse House Supervisor (RN) — Overnight works onsite at Eating Recovery Center’s adult residential facility in Chicago, IL, on a full-time overnight schedule from 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m., with rotating weekends and holidays. Compensation is $42–$51 per hour. ERC Pathlight provides treatment for eating disorders and mood, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. This nursing leadership role coordinates and evaluates unit operations under the Nurse Director, supporting a safe environment and effective patient care. The supervisor guides staff, adjusts staffing and supplies, monitors compliance, responds to clinical questions, and provides direct patient care as needed.

What you'll do

• Supervise, guide, and direct employees
• support staff development
• maintain efficient unit operations and supplies
• assist with shift scheduling
• complete monthly audits and checklists
• ensure compliance with policies, accreditation, and licensing requirements
• review incident reports
• serve as a clinical resource
• and assist with patient care, milieu, and crisis management as needed.

Why this role

Requires an unrestricted Illinois RN license, an associate’s degree in nursing, and at least one year of direct patient care experience. Bachelor’s degree in nursing, supervisory experience, and eating-disorder treatment experience are preferred.
