What you'll do

• Provide in-store service to dry-cleaning and laundry customers
• handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• check in and check out garments, tag and spot-check items, and organize them according to requests
• calculate prices and process cash and credit transactions
• oversee daily store production and quality
• train employees and create staffing schedules
• open and close the store
• work toward daily goals and maintain an organized counter area.
