What you'll do

• Operate and monitor wells, tanks, pumps, and production equipment
• conduct daily inspections
• troubleshoot and repair equipment issues
• measure production volumes and recommend optimization improvements
• complete daily production and equipment reports
• prepare oil tanks for sale and coordinate oil and water hauling
• follow applicable regulatory requirements
• participate in route reviews
• collaborate with Foremen and Engineering
• provide Foremen coverage and assist with training entry-level Operators as needed.
