The Program Manager, Identity and Access Management Transformation role is hybrid in Austin, TX, with three days onsite per week. Pay is $78–$80 per hour. The program covers SailPoint and mainframe security transformation.

What you'll do

• Lead planning and delivery across SailPoint and mainframe workstreams
• manage governance, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and milestones
• oversee Workday-to-SailPoint integration, identity lifecycle automation, application onboarding, access workflows, and RBAC design
• and coordinate testing, workshops, sprint planning, and production cutover.
