What you'll do

• Monitor client accounts and aging reports and support collection of outstanding invoices
• review new accounts and resolve discrepancies
• verify and post cash receipts and other payments
• investigate short payments, overpayments, unapplied cash, and missing remittances
• maintain and reconcile receivables records in the ERP/accounting system
• analyze aging and payment trends
• communicate with clients about balances and invoices
• collaborate with project accounting and finance
• document collection activity
• support cash-flow analysis, bad-debt evaluation, month-end close, and reporting
• ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal controls.
