What you'll do

• Operate horizontal directional drilling equipment to install underground telecommunications conduit
• use locating equipment
• follow safety procedures
• set up and clean work sites, including traffic and pedestrian control
• verify permits and utility locates
• inspect work against specifications
• level earth to grade
• perform minor equipment maintenance
• confirm bore paths and clearances
• complete job-site analysis paperwork
• record tool-head depth
• lead field teams as directed.
