What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate daily ice arena operations, including ice maintenance, scheduling, and facility management
• maintain and inspect ice conditions and resurfacing equipment
• assist with seasonal changeovers and event setup, teardown, and monitoring
• manage supplies and perform general rink maintenance
• enforce facility policies and safety standards
• respond to incidents and guest concerns
• maintain logs and readings
• serve as manager on duty for scheduled openings or closings.
