What you'll do

• Lead recruiting and onboarding to meet hiring KPIs and fulfillment targets
• source, screen, interview, and place candidates
• negotiate offers and maintain applicant flow
• manage client accounts and address service issues
• mentor junior recruiters and administrative staff
• support business development and lead generation
• maintain accurate client, staff, order, and timesheet records
• participate in branch safety and operational programs
• join the on-call rotation
• and handle scheduled branch opening and closing.
