Physician Assistant – Clinical Research

The Physician Assistant – Clinical Research role is onsite in Wenatchee, WA. Compensation is $65.87–$79.81 per hour. The position supports clinical research within Confluence Health and the surrounding community. Working under the Clinical Research Medical Director, the Clinical Research APP evaluates and treats research participants and contributes to trial oversight. The role supports research quality, participant safety, study feasibility, and the department’s clinical research program.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and evaluate care quality in the Research Department
• assess and treat research participants
• perform histories and physicals
• make safety decisions about study entry
• monitor adverse events
• assign and dispense research medications and administer injectable or intravenous medications
• participate as a primary or sub-investigator
• support study feasibility and clinical audits
• maintain good clinical practice credentials and BLS certification
• prepare required reports and documentation.

Why this role

Requires active Washington Physician Assistant licensure with prescriptive authority by the start date and active Basic Life Support certification. Good clinical practice credentials must be maintained, with certification renewed every three years. Part-time position.
