Leave of Absence Specialist

The role determines eligibility, maintains compliant records, coordinates status updates, tracks deadlines, and analyzes leave data to support accurate administration and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Administer and track leave requests, including FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, and military leave
• determine eligibility
• explain leave processes and entitlements
• maintain case records
• review documentation and leave requests
• track deadlines and durations
• update HRIS statuses
• manage time-off benefits
• generate reports and analytics
• monitor regulatory changes and update processes.
