What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and other foods
• follow recipe cards and portion specifications
• wash, peel, cut, and measure ingredients
• store food safely and record temperatures
• clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
• receive and store supplies
• assist cooks and kitchen staff
• report equipment issues and low supplies
• complete opening and closing checklists
• coordinate with coworkers to meet guest needs.
