The Heavy-Duty Truck Service Writer / Fleet Service Coordinator role is onsite in Humble, TX, with pay of $19–$24 per hour, depending on experience, plus quarterly incentives. TCI’s maintenance team supports fleet operations and customer service. The role coordinates customer requests, repair schedules, work orders, and maintenance tracking so technicians can work efficiently and customers stay informed. Accurate records and compliance tracking help keep fleet service moving.

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for fleet maintenance customers
• coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, repair appointments, vendors, and replacement rental equipment
• open, update, process, and close work orders
• coordinate assignments with technicians and shop management
• review completed work and communicate additional repair needs
• maintain service records
• track maintenance and inspection deadlines, BIT inspections, and opacity testing
• assist with yard checks and prepare reports.
