What you'll do

• Oversee Teller I and Teller II employees
• maintain workflow at teller windows
• prepare weekly employee schedules and management reports
• maintain vault cash and window supplies
• order and ship cash while ensuring accurate counts and branch limits
• explain foreign currency regulations and calculate exchange fees
• resolve customer complaints
• document drawer overages and shortages
• identify risks involving deposits, compliance, and overdraft authority
• process bank transactions, balance cash, handle inquiries, and follow safety deposit box procedures.
