What you'll do

• Manage daily Commercial Account Review operations, priorities, workload distribution, service levels, and quality expectations
• lead, coach, and develop team members
• evaluate staffing, tools, and workflows
• improve commercial account opening processes and documentation
• identify servicing gaps and control concerns
• maintain procedures and job aids
• partner with Retail Banking, Treasury Management, Lending, Deposit Operations, and Compliance
• support process rollouts and projects
• coordinate with system and vendor partners
• develop and report department metrics.
